• Marketplace & Directory Data: If you list a business, service, or item in our directory/marketplace, we collect the contact details, descriptions, and location information you choose to provide.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Precise Location Data: With your explicit permission, we collect precise GPS (Foreground) location data to show you nearby emergency services, local service providers, and relevant marketplace items. You can revoke this permission at any time via your device settings.
• Device Information: We collect hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as IMEI or MAC address), and mobile network information.
• Usage & Log Data: Details of your use of our app, including traffic data, search queries, crash reports, and performance logs.
• Advertising Identifiers: We collect Google Play Services Advertising ID to deliver personalized advertisements.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and personalize our Service.
• To manage your account and authenticate users.
• To enable location-based features (e.g., finding the nearest blood donor, police station, or mechanic).

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to perform the necessary actions.

8. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. You possess the right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you.

• In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data by navigating to Settings > Delete Account within the app.
• Email Request: Alternatively, you can email us at hello@amarthana.com.bd to request data deletion.
• Timeframe: Upon receiving a deletion request, all your personal information, financial data, and directory listings will be permanently erased from our active servers within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
